AIRPORT DRIVER
COMMUNITIES

Terminal pickups do not wait. When a flight lands early, a driver is stuck on the last run, or a job needs covering across town, your community should be able to fill it in minutes — not lose it to a marketplace.

Airport work is the most time-critical work in the industry, and airport driver communities are usually the largest and busiest groups in any city. Flights move, passengers walk out early, drivers get held at the barrier, and a job that is not covered in ten minutes is gone. DriversClan gives airport driver communities a job board built for that pace — structured, filtered by terminal and vehicle class, and matched to whoever is actually holding at the airport right now.

What Goes Wrong
In These Groups

Ten-minute windows

A flight lands early and the assigned driver is 30 minutes out. In a group chat, the message asking for cover is under twelve others before anyone reads it.

📍

Nobody knows who is holding

Half the community is sitting in the holding car park right now. In a chat there is no way to know which half, so the request goes to everyone and reaches no one.

🚚

Wrong vehicle, wasted trip

Four passengers and five bags accepted by a saloon. Nothing in a chat message enforces vehicle class, so it gets sorted at the kerb.

Built for How
Airport Drivers
Actually Work

  • Terminal-aware job posts. Terminal, airline, flight number, vehicle class and passenger count in fixed fields, so a driver can judge a job in three seconds.
  • Nearest holding drivers first. Members actually at or near the airport are notified before the wider community.
  • First accept locks it. No three drivers heading to the same arrivals door.
  • Return legs get filled. Post the empty return before you set off and let another member take it instead of driving back empty.
  • Late-night cover with SOS. Airport work runs through the night. One-tap alerts reach the drivers in the holding area within seconds.

Airport Drivers FAQ

Can we organise by terminal?
Yes. Jobs carry the terminal and airline, and drivers can filter and set notification preferences for the terminals they work. That alone removes most of the noise in a large airport community.
What about flight delays?
A job can be updated after posting — the driver who accepted it is notified of the change rather than finding out at arrivals. The original poster keeps the client relationship throughout.
We are an airport association with 500+ drivers. Does that work?
Yes, and large associations benefit most. The bigger the group chat, the worse the noise problem, and the more valuable targeted notifications and verified membership become.

Your community is already doing this.
Just not with the right tools.

DriversClan is opening to a small group of founding communities before public launch. Free access, direct line to the team, and real influence over what gets built.
