HOW DRIVERSCLAN
WORKS

From a job that needs covering to a driver who covers it — five steps, no scrolling, and a record at the end of it. Here is the whole flow.

01

Create or join a driver community

A community admin creates a private clan for their network and sets the rules: which vehicle classes are accepted, what verification members must provide, and how work is shared. Drivers request to join and are approved individually.

02

Post work as a structured job

Any member with work to pass on creates a job card with pickup, drop-off, date and time, vehicle class, passenger and luggage count, fare and notes. Fixed fields mean every job is readable at a glance.

03

Nearby, eligible drivers are notified

DriversClan alerts members who are close to the pickup, available, and driving a suitable vehicle — then widens the circle if nobody takes it. The right drivers hear about it first instead of everyone hearing about everything.

04

A driver accepts and the job locks

The first member to accept takes the job. It immediately shows as filled to everyone else, so there are no double bookings and no arguments about who claimed it first.

05

The job is completed and recorded

The driver marks the job complete. Both sides keep a record of what was shared, taken and finished — which makes settling up, resolving disputes and rewarding reliable members straightforward.

A Job That
Would Have
Been Lost

A chauffeur in a 200-driver community is halfway through a corporate transfer when a regular client calls: airport pickup, executive saloon, 16:45, same day. She cannot take it and she is not letting it go to a marketplace.

About the Flow

Do I need the app to receive jobs?
Yes. DriversClan is a mobile app for iOS and Android, launching in 2026, with a web dashboard for community admins. Early access members are notified by email when their region opens.
What happens if nobody accepts a job?
The circle widens: more of the community is notified, and the admin can see unfilled jobs in one place so they can push it manually or pass it to a partner community.
Can jobs be scheduled in advance?
Yes. Jobs can be posted for now or for a date weeks ahead, which is how most airport, corporate and tour work actually gets booked.

Your community is already doing this.
Just not with the right tools.

DriversClan is opening to a small group of founding communities before public launch. Free access, direct line to the team, and real influence over what gets built.
