Can we run a rota for a specific hotel?

Yes — run a community per hotel or per group of hotels, with only the drivers approved to serve that account in it. A driver can belong to several.

What about conference and event blocks?

Post the full block in advance as individual jobs. Members claim the slots that suit them, and the admin sees at a glance what is still uncovered.

Does the hotel need to use the app?

No. This is a tool for the driver community, not the hotel. Requests still arrive however they arrive today — DriversClan is how your community covers them.
