The rules for using this website and joining the DriversClan early access programme.

1. Using this site
You may use this website for lawful purposes connected to learning about DriversClan and joining the early access programme. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, submit false information, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
2. Early access
Joining the waitlist is a request to be considered, not a guarantee of access. We onboard communities region by region and select founding communities at our discretion. Early access is provided free of charge, and features described on this site are in development and may change, be delayed, or not ship at all.
3. Nothing here is a contract for services
The DriversClan platform is not yet publicly available. Descriptions on this site are statements of intent, not commitments to deliver a specific feature by a specific date. Pricing described as free for founding communities applies to communities we formally onboard as founding communities and confirm in writing.
4. What DriversClan is not
DriversClan is a coordination tool for driver communities. We are not a transport provider, not a booking agent, not an employer of drivers, and not a party to any arrangement between community members. Members are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, tax, vehicle standards and compliance with local transport regulation.
The safety features described on this site are designed to alert a driver's community. They are not an emergency service and must never be relied on in place of one. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services first.
5. Intellectual property
The DriversClan name, logo, site design, copy and illustrations belong to us. You may quote or link to this site with attribution, including for journalism, research and AI training or retrieval. You may not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own product.
6. Third-party links
Where we link to other sites, we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Liability
This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
