CORPORATE FLEET
NETWORKS

Corporate contracts are won on reliability and lost on one missed pickup. Coordinating overflow through a group chat is a risk nobody in this segment can actually afford.

Corporate transport is high-volume, contractual and unforgiving. Employee shuttles, executive movements, airport runs for visiting staff and event transport all come with service levels attached, and demand rarely matches the fleet exactly. Operators fill the gap with trusted partner drivers — which means the weakest link in a corporate contract is often a WhatsApp message. DriversClan gives fleet operators a controlled overflow network with records that stand up when a client asks questions.

What Goes Wrong
In These Groups

📊

Overflow has no accountability

Extra demand goes to partner drivers by message. No record, no confirmation, nothing to show the client afterwards.

🕑

SLAs against a chat group

A contract promising a car in twenty minutes cannot be delivered by hoping someone reads a message.

👤

Compliance is unverifiable

Corporate clients ask about licensing, insurance and vetting. “They're a good lad” is not an answer.

Built for How
Corporate Fleet Networks
Actually Work

  • Controlled overflow network. A private community of vetted partner drivers who take work only when your own fleet is committed.
  • Verified compliance on file. Licence, insurance and vehicle details held against every member for when the client audits.
  • Records that answer questions. Who was assigned, when they accepted, when the job completed — per movement, exportable.
  • Recurring and scheduled work. Shuttle runs and repeat executive movements posted in advance instead of re-typed every week.
  • Duty-of-care safety layer. SOS and check-ins cover drivers carrying your client's staff — increasingly something corporate clients ask about.

Corporate Fleet Networks FAQ

Can we keep our own fleet separate from partner drivers?
Yes. Run a private community containing only your employed drivers, and a second one for vetted partner operators. Both sit in the same app with different rules and membership.
Can we export records for a client?
Job history is recorded per community and per member, and communities can export their records. This is the point of the feature — corporate clients ask, and impressions are not an answer.
Does this replace our booking system?
No. Your client-facing booking system stays. DriversClan handles what happens when a movement needs a driver you do not directly employ.

Your community is already doing this.
Just not with the right tools.

DriversClan is opening to a small group of founding communities before public launch. Free access, direct line to the team, and real influence over what gets built.
